Adventure, self exploration, creativity and connection - PURA VIDA! Daily yoga, surf in the morning, nap in the afternoon, warm nights on the beach. Chelsey and Francesca are heading to Nosara, Costa Rica! Norte is a tropical paradise in the jungle on a gorgeous cove on the Pacific Ocean.
We’ve planned out the perfect adventure, all you have to do is show up! Practice, pleasure, rest. Get ready to nourish the body with amazing plant-based food, enjoy playful and dynamic asana, nurture your soul, try some healing rituals, live easefully by learning a new technique for joy and meeting a new friend
Francesca Valarezo is the founder and creator of SHAMANEK. She is a New York City based yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher and a Master Shamanic Reiki Guide.
Chelsey Forbes is a Katonah yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher based in NYC. Viewing yoga as a tool for longevity, she teaches with the goal of guiding students in accessing their most joyous selves through the connection of sound and play.
They both teach at Sky Ting yoga and share a passion for spreading fun and joy in people's lives. They are obssesed with their pets, hands on yoga adjustments and a good dance party.

THE PROPERTY
Norte Nosara is a family owned boutique accommodation nestled in the heart of Guiones town. Just footsteps away from a long, white sandy beach, friendly consistent waves and breathtaking sunsets.Thoughtfully designed casitas all include private outdoor seating areas. Beautifully landscaped pathways link each accommodation to our gorgeous open-air yoga and movement shala as well as our unique pool with lush waterfall, bar area which offers ample space to unwind and connect. The resort is located in one of the five blue zones on our planet!
TRAVEL
A quick flight to and from Liberia International Airport (LIR) and then it is about a 2.5 hour drive. Shuttle services are available at an additional cost of $78pp round trip
Or a direct flight to San Jose International Airport (SJO) and then it is about a 4.5 hour drive.

Deposits are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. Book your experience with the intention of NOT canceling it, we understand that unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance for your flights. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.
