Francesca, opened a space where I could learn to trust her direction, to trust myself, and my own direction, where I could start to see the many things that live inside of me - and of each of us. Simply, an incredibly humbling and kind entry into self exploration.

Thank you thank you thank you for Shamanek, it is such a beautiful, powerful course, and I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from you. Your grounding meditation, centering yourself between the core of the earth and the celestial bodies above, is still one I return to every day.

Francesca infuses her own energy, heart, and experiences fully into her courses. It is so apparent how much she cares for her students. She truly supports her students and is not just a guide, but a friend and inspiration in each interaction. Shamanek was like a 101 to all things witchy. This would be perfect for those looking to go deeper into healing, but also for those who don't know much, but are interested in learning more about self-healing, energy healing, and shamanism.

Francesca puts her heart and soul into these classes. Her pdf deck presentations are gorgeous (and I make these for a living) and very thorough. Filled with beautiful imagery, easy to digest quotes and links to sources and videos to support. The guided meditations were my favorite. Creating altars and giving myself permission to close my eyes and be guided and use my imagination. I always shut it down and this was a place I could let it be free. I even met my spirit guide and animals! Worth every penny! I’m definitely taking the next series when offered. I miss the weekly group check ins.
