Francesca hosted the most welcoming experience, I would attend another retreat in a heartbeat. Her attention to detail instantly made me feel at home, and I was comfortable to be myself with the group. We had so much fun, and I left feeling more connected to my body and artistic expression. Francesca is an incredibly gifted facilitators that left an everlasting imprint on my heart. We had an incredible week at this retreat. Besides yoga classes, there were activities based on mindfulness and togetherness as a group. And there were fun vacation activities as well. It was very wholesome! Lodging and food was top tier!
